Every Neonwave product is designed, built, and run by our own team on infrastructure we control directly. For our customers, that means a single accountable owner for the software they depend on.
Email hosting for organizations that want to know where their mail lives. TileMail operates its own mail servers, spam and virus scanning, and storage, with encryption at rest and a full developer API for domains, mailboxes, and messages.
Applied AI for the products we operate. Helios provides classification, summarization, and assistance across the Neonwave stack, running on our own infrastructure so customer data stays within the platform.
The research arm of Neonwave. Neonlabs works on robotics, drones, and applied AI, from autonomy and control systems to on-device intelligence, and feeds what proves itself back into the products we ship.
Any layer of the stack that can take a product down or compromise its data is a layer we run ourselves: mail servers, queues, storage, models. This keeps accountability in one place and surprises to a minimum.
Customer data is stored and processed in the jurisdictions where our customers operate. We treat this as an architecture requirement, and it shapes where we deploy and which partners we work with.
We would rather operate two products for a decade than launch ten and abandon nine. Software you depend on should be maintained by people who answer for it.

The company was founded on a simple observation: much of the essential digital infrastructure available to businesses here is operated far away, priced in foreign currency, and governed by terms set without them in mind. We are building well-engineered alternatives, operated closer to the people who rely on them.
We are deliberately independent. Our products are funded by the customers who use them, which keeps the roadmap accountable to users rather than to a fundraising calendar.
In practice that means measured decisions and steady releases, and software that is still here, still maintained, and still improving years from now.
